Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers, defined as natural persons who conclude a legal transaction for purposes that can be attributed to neither their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

• You have the right to revoke this contract within one month without giving reasons.
• The cancellation period is one month from the date on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.

• To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
• To preserve the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercising the right of revocation before the expiration of the revocation period.

• After you have revoked the contract, we are obliged to refund you all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs, immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day we were informed of your revocation of the contract.

Returns of Goods

• You have the obligation to send or hand over the sendable items back to us without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us about the revocation of this contract.

Depreciation of goods

• You are liable for any diminution in value of the goods only if it is due to a handling of the goods that goes beyond the examination of their type, properties and mode of operation and was not necessary.

Exclusion or expiration grounds

• There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the delivery of goods that have been individually manufactured or customized to personal needs.
• The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for sealed goods if the seal has been removed after delivery, or for goods that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

Return Policy

• If you would like to return your order, we offer a simple and uncomplicated return process. You can return your items to us free of charge and without stating any reasons within 30 days of receiving your order.
• To initiate the return process, please contact us by sending us an email with your order number. Once we have received your email, we will provide you with a free return label for your return.
• After you have received the return form, please pack the items carefully in the original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transport. Attach the return form visibly on the package.
