If your item is delivered by a freight forwarder, the shipping service provider will contact you to arrange a time for the delivery of your shipment. Therefore, please ensure that you provide the correct telephone number and email address!

Our goods are shipped free of charge within the country.
You will be informed by e-mail and receive a detailed shipment tracking. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check the SPAM folder of your e-mail account! In the case of a freight delivery, the freight company will contact you by phone or e-mail. Therefore, please always ensure that your data is correct!
Your delivery may consist of multiple packages. These may be delivered on different days due to logistical background. Due to a high volume of shipments, delays in delivery may occur. However, the logistics provider is endeavoring to deliver the shipment as soon as possible. Contact us if additional packages do not reach you within 3 days.
We ship package goods via DHL Parcel, DPD and GLS.
Freight shipments are delivered via DB Schenker or IDS Logistics to the curbside. The delivery of freight shipments is coordinated with you by the shipping service provider via email or phone.
We do not offer self-pickup. OK-Junior is a pure online retail with numerous storage locations throughout Europe. Self-pickup is not possible for logistical reasons.
After the purchase, a change is no longer possible. If
the goods have not yet been dispatched, you are welcome to contact
us by e-mail.
Your delivery may consist of several packages that could be delivered on different days. Please contact us, we will check internally and, if necessary, contact the logistics providers.
Shipping is only available within the country. Island shipping is excluded.
It is quite possible that your goods will be shipped in multiple packages and arrive at different times. If the remaining goods do not arrive with you within 3 days of the first arrival, please contact us!
No. We do not offer international shipping on ok-Junior.de.
However, on our shop page you will find an overview of all countries where purchases can be made and delivered within the respective country.
Payment terms
If you select payment in advance by bank transfer, please transfer the amount within 10 working days. The goods will be reserved for you for this period. Account holder: OK Living GmbH u. Co. In the ordering process, you have the option to select the payment method "purchase on account" for an order value of up to a maximum of 4,000 euros.
OK-Junior offers the "purchase on account" via the payment provider Mollie (Klarna Bank AB). The Klarna Bank AB conducts an identity and creditworthiness check directly during the order, which is why it is necessary for you to consent to the data transfer to Klarna. Please note that due to this review, a subsequent change of the address is not permitted.
A review takes place in the background in parallel so that you can complete your order as soon as possible as soon as your creditworthiness has been confirmed. After the dispatch of your order from OK-Junior, Klarna will promptly send you the corresponding payment information by email. You will receive your invoice from Klarna. Please settle the invoice amount directly with Klarna. Klarna will inform you clearly by email or app. The payment target at Klarna is 30 days. The payment method "Purchase on account" is possible from an amount of 0.01 € up to a maximum of 4000 €, subject to creditworthiness.
If you choose the payment option of bank transfer, please use the bank account details provided here, which will also be communicated to you again by email upon order receipt, and pay within 10 days. We ask for your understanding that we can only reserve the ordered goods for this period. If the payment is not received on our account within this deadline, we will cancel your order.

Revocation / Cancellation / Complaint / Refund
After the return of your goods is confirmed in our system, we will immediately arrange the refund.
You can file a complaint about your item with us free of charge within 30 days and return it. Please contact us by email to do so.

You can cancel your order without giving reasons. Please send your revocation, stating the order number, to us!
You have the right to revoke this contract within one month without giving reasons.
Questions about products
With the delivery of your product, you will receive assembly instructions. Your article may consist of multiple packages or a separate screw packaging, so that you will find the assembly instructions in one of these.
Please refer to the respective item description for the exact scope of delivery. The assembly material is usually included.
You will receive the invoice after the shipment of your goods by email.
Our products are largely manufactured in Europe. Many of our furniture items are produced exclusively for OK-Junior by certified partner companies in Eastern Europe, with whom we maintain daily contact to discuss improvements, customer inquiries, and new developments.

You have a 2-year warranty claim as the buyer from the time of delivery of the goods.
On each product information page you can check whether your item is currently in stock. For all available products that are not in stock, we provide processing times. Alternatively, you can also be informed by e-mail about the renewed availability of a product.
An additional discount is no longer possible, as our articles are always calculated as low as possible.
You can complain about your article with us free of charge within 30 days and send it back. Please contact us by email to do so.

Under My Addresses in the customer account, you can add or edit your delivery and billing addresses. This applies to orders that have not yet been completed.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it directly during login. Click on "I have forgotten my password" there and follow the further instructions!
